This machine is suitable for packing tea fannings, tea bags, loose tea, herb tea, and various shapes of tea for the food industry.

Cylinder Series: This is our factory's new model, developed for advanced packaging needs. It uses an automated cylinder down-pressure sealing principle, featuring double-location operation that works independently. The heat pressing time can be adjusted freely, providing strong utility and versatility.

Advanced Technology: The machine employs advanced automatic numerical control thermostat technology, ensuring stable performance, high thermal efficiency, long life, low power consumption, and minimal noise. It operates on 220V power.

Construction: The entire machine is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance.

Original Paper Cup Separation Technique: This technique prevents adhesion between the finished tea cup and the heat-pressing head, making operation more convenient and practical, while keeping the surface bright and clean.

Heat Pressing Mechanism: The machine uses an air compressor for heat pressing filter paper and tea paper. Each working position (one heat-pressing head and one forming base) is matched with one cylinder. We offer both manual options with 2 or 3 filling heads (for 2 or 3 operators) and automatic options for customer selection.
