Main application:

Gelatin and material liquid controlled automatically; including one conveyer, one mould and one refrigerator (compressor imported from France), fan for conveying capsule, one electric control cabinet (adopt well-known brand electric components in the world).
The working principles:
Put the oil, gelatin-insoluble liquid, paste, plaster inject into between two gelatin skin quantification ally, through the two roller dies and press and cutting into various shape soft capsules, The product is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, health food and pesticide etc.

There are most of pharmaceutical enterprise are ready to develop the soft capsules preparation as our traditional Chinese herbs has high viscosity and fast absorption of moisture after concentrating and extracting, it's hard to make into Solid preparation.
