Product Description
This equipment is an aluminum plastic drug peeling machine project in the pharmaceutical company's preparation workshop. Suitable for use in various specifications of tablet and capsule products. Aluminum plastic drug peeling machine is an automatic tablet peeling machine that recycles drugs from defective aluminum plastic blister packaging drug boards. It is connected in sequence with a micro electric motor, a primary reducer, a roller combination, a guide plate combination, and a particle blocking rubber plate in an aluminum plate shell, and is eqsuipped with an electrical brake switch and a break lock switch. A micro electric motor and a primary reducer drive a set of rollers that simulate the manual peeling action of tablets, stripping the entire vacuum plastic aluminum foil tablet from the defective packaging board. The drug particles and packaging materials are collected separately through guide plates and particle blocking rubber plates. And it complies with the process quality standards of the 2015 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the system itself complies with the latest version of GMP in China.
