This machine is a plastic bottle thermoforming filling and sealing device. It is applicable for batch filling operations in various industries such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, cosmetics, food and beverages, and nutrition. Specifically designed for handling liquid and cream substances, it finds extensive use in filling oral liquids, liquid pesticides and fertilizers, e-liquids, liquid and cream cosmetics, edible oils, beverages, and liquid health care products, among others.
 

1. The machine is equipped with an HC high-speed and high-precision motion controller. Servo motors are employed to control the film drawing process, ensuring easier and more accurate adjustments.
2. Through programmed operations, this machine can automatically complete the following procedures: PVC roller unwinding, PVC preheating, bottle forming, filling, end sealing, punching, and cutting.
3. The machine features a user-friendly human-machine interface, making its operation straightforward and uncomplicated.
4. The filling head is designed to be leak-proof, preventing foam formation and overflows during the filling process.
5. All parts that come into contact with the filled liquid are made of SUS316L stainless steel, meeting GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
6. Depending on the specific filling materials, the filling system can be configured with either a peristaltic pump or a rotary valve pump, guaranteeing precise measurement and minimal filling variation.
7. This model is capable of producing stand-up bottles and is equipped with an eye-mark tracking system, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the final products.
8. The cutter is independently controlled by dual servo motors, allowing for flexible and customizable cutting adjustments.
