BSS-8888 Series label shrinking machine are mainly applied to shrink label of product in bottle shape, cup shape, or barrel shape. There are 4 models for choice --- A, B, C, D.
BSS-8888A is only to match production line, so it is suitable if conveyor has been available already. Just to mount shrink tunnel on the conveyor.
BSS-8888B and BSS-8888D is able to shrink label both on the whole bottle and in the middle of bottle. BSS-8888B has longer tunnel than BSS-8888D.
BSS-8888C is to shrink label on the top of bottle. Its advantage is to be able to adjust the height of shrink tunnel according to bottle size.
Regarding to temp. control, the combination of intelligent temp. meter and solid booster is adopted. This saves energy obviously. Temp. control of part shrink tunnel according to position of label is achieved. This enhances packing effect greatly and reduces influence to product in bottle.
