By using this vacuum feeder, you can significantly reduce workers' labor intensity, eliminate powder pollution, and ensure that your production process meets the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. The feeder operates based on a simple working principle.

Working Principle:

• When the "ON/OFF" key is pressed, compressed air enters the vacuum pump and the hopper's discharge outlet. The pneumatic cylinder is then closed, stabilizing the vacuum in the hopper.
• Under the vacuum, the feeder generates an air current that carries the material through a hose into the vacuum hopper. The feeding time can be adjusted according to your specific needs.
• After the feeding time, the compressed air is cut off, causing the pneumatic vacuum pump to stop generating vacuum. The discharge outlet opens, allowing the material to be automatically discharged into the receiving machine, such as a sheet press or packing machine.
• At the same time, the compressed air is stored for a set discharge time. Once the discharge time elapses, the compressed air is restarted, and the pneumatic vacuum pump generates vacuum again. The discharge outlet closes, and the vacuum feeder resumes feeding the material.
• This cyclic operation ensures a continuous supply of material to the receiving machine.

For vacuum feeders equipped with material level control, automatic feeding is achieved through the hopper's material level control. When the material level in the hopper reaches a certain position, the feeder automatically starts transferring the material to the receiving machine.
