Product Description

Working Principle:

The tablet cores undergo continuous and intricate orbital motion within the closed rotating drum, guided by a streamline guide plate. As per the technological process and parameters, the coating medium is automatically sprayed onto the tablet cores. Simultaneously, hot air is supplied under negative pressure, penetrating through the tablet core layers and drying the coating medium evenly. This results in the formation of a solid and smooth surface film.
