AFS-4 Ampoule filling and sealing machine (4 filling heads)

This machine is upgrade one of the needle ampoule drawbench filling-sealing. It is not only enhance yield than the single needle machine,also ensure better quality. 

The removal gear board be adoped on the machine,that is upper feed quickly,lower back slowly,lengthen once feed distance on gear board, the time of bottles rest on the fixed gear board more abundant, thereby increase work efficiency. A clutch device Under the bottle hopper, it can stop ampoule bottle transfer inside hopper without stop the machine, easy to operate. For drawbench, adopt steel wire rope to control manipulator,predigest frame. On the outlet use special bottle turning structure, keep the same direction of structure move and bottle come out, shorten machine length and operate space, favor to layout.
