Model Options: We offer both semi-automatic (manual model) and fully automatic tea cup hidden packing machines as optional choices.
Filling Head Choices: For the manual operation machine, you can choose from 1, 2, or 3 filling heads.
Versatile Functionality: The tea and coffee cup machine can securely fix tea, tea bags, or coffee into the bottom of a paper cup using either round filter paper or aluminum foil. Once hot water is poured into the cup, the customer will enjoy a freshly brewed tea or coffee.
Pneumatic Series: Our pneumatic series is a new model developed by our factory. It features advanced manufacturing equipment.
Advanced Sealing Technology: The machine uses automation cylinder down-pressure sealing principles with double location operation. It allows for easy adjustment of heat pressing time, offering strong versatility. The machine incorporates advanced electronic automatic thermostat technology, ensuring stable performance, high thermal efficiency, long lifespan, low power consumption, and minimal noise.
Durable Construction: The entire machine operates on 220V power and is constructed from stainless steel, making it bright, clean, and durable. It also features an original paper cup separation technique to prevent adhesion of the finished tea cups to the heat-pressing head, ensuring more convenient and practical operation.
Warranty: All machines come with a 1-year warranty.
