Introduce

    The dust rest angle (or resting Angle) is the acute Angle between the dust accumulation slope and the horizontal plane at the bottom.

    The BHY-105 type sedimentation angle tester based on the injection-limiting bottom surface method is designed and produced by Liaoyang Bright Shine Pharmaceutical Machinery IMP&EXP Co.,Ltd. in accordance with the provisions of the national standard "GB/T 16913-2008 Dust Property Test Methods". This device is applicable to the measurement of dust. It uses the injection-limiting bottom surface method to determine the sedimentation angle of dust. The main technical difference from ISO 4324:1997 is that it does not measure the height of the dust accumulated on the limiting bottom surface but directly determines the sedimentation angle of dust using a protractor. 

Principle

     Enough dust to overflow the tray is injected from the funnel into the horizontal tray; the acute Angle between the dust accumulation slope and the bottom horizontal plane is measured, that is, the dust resting Angle.
