Product Description

This machine is suitable for the mixing and granulation of the powder materials,with a wide application in industries such as pharmaceuticals,foodstuff,chemicals and light industry.

This machine is the most popular approach for granulation adopted internationally. The process of granulation consists of two processes,i.e. mixing and granulating in one vessel. The powder materials are to be crashed from the collision with each other to present a semi mobile tumbling in the fixed cone vessed under the stirring of the mixing propeller,resulting in a complete mixture. Injected with the adhesive,the powder materials gradually ger wet with the shape of the material changed,strengthening the squeezing,friction and engagement of the material with the propeller and wall of the vessel, leading to the formation of loose and soft material.Under the action of the regulating paddle,the soft materials become gradually the fine and uniform granular mixtures.the range of the finished granules from this machine is Φ0.14 toΦ0.15 mm( 12 to 100 mesh). The density of the granule is 15%larger than granule produced by means of fluid bed granulation.
