1. It has dual functions of capsule polishing and depollination, which leaves a height space for subsequent equipment connection;
2. The capsule sorting unit can automatically sort out capsules with slight loading, vacant shell, debris, and separation of body cap;
3. The complete machine adopts fast-installation connecting structure, making the disassembly and installation of the machine more convenient and rapid;
4. The parts in contact with drugs are made of stainless steel 304/316 material or materials satisfying modern drug production requirements;
5. The brush on the main shaft can be disassembled and cleaned thoroughly, realizing the complete machine cleaning of no dead angle and complying with GMP requirements.
 

This machine is a novel pharmaceutical equipment, using frequency control motor, can polish and clean the dust attached to he capsules, in order to improve the finish of the drug surface, to meet the health standards of the pharmaceutical industry, stainless steel porous cover instead of nylon mesh cloth cover, durable,hygienic,easy to clean .
