Product Description

                                                     GZPL-410 New model High Speed Tablet Press (PG 43/36/29)

Working Condition:

1. Granule are uniform and non-moisture, the granule content is not less than two thirds;
2. Granule size range: 14-60 mesh , the granule should be well fluid and plasticity;
3. Equipment should be installed a place, humidity is less 86%, temperature is less 35ºC, in a ventilated house.
4. Equipment working environment should be met GMP.
5. Power supply: three-phases, five wires, AC according to the requirement. N and PE can not disturb each other.

3. Main Function

3.1 PLC & touch screen control automatically, automatic tablet weight controlling system, auto batch rejection and auto batch sampling function.

3.2 Color touch screen 15", with the display of main average pressure, single punch pressure, alarm at fault, automatic stop and help menu. The on/off of tablet deduster and on/off and pulse of dust collector can be controlled by the touch screen (The tablet deduster and dust collector are optional). 
3.3 Three sets of servo motor transmission mechanism to adjust filling depth, pre-compression, main compression (tablet thickness) respectively; The control system is operated by touch screen, display the parameters of filling depth, pre-compression, main compression and tablet thickness.


3.4 Operation system with data management function, developed by configuration software, in compliance with the requirement of FDA21 CFR Part 11, with electronic record and signature.
3.5 Main motor and feeder motor are adjusted with inverter, r.p.m. can be regulated continuously with upper and lower limit.
3.6 Accumulated running time, accumulated output, accumulated qualified tablets and preset output function.
3.7 Alarm for less filling, over filling and punch pressure over limit.
3.8 Main pressure overload alarm. Electrical control system protection, main motor overload protection, feeder motor overload protection, upper or lower punch over tight monitor and protection, lower camber track protection, windows/door open protection, and emergency stop.
3.9 The pull-down camber track could be on line identified automatically according to the tablet mass and shape.
3.10 Realize the filling decrease protection automatically through increasing the tablet thickness.
3.11 Automatic Lubrication system. Lubrication flow rate and interval can be adjusted. Under lube alarm, lubrication pressure fault alarm and auto-stop protection. Lubricating point could cover the body and head of upper punch.



3.12 Modular design for electrical control system, easy to disassemble and maintenance.

4. Main Features
4.1 Four pillar rigid structure; separate tablet compression, adjustment and transmission room; hinge sealed, organic glass, concealed pipes and lines in tablet compression room.
4.2 Interchangeable turret, optional turret cart to install and remove turret quickly, convenient for off-line clean. Double lifting camber track, upward camber track made by copper alloy, others by nonmetal material.
4.3 Separate control system and operating system with main machine.
4.4 Forming by main compression and pre-compression, which could be adjusted continuously; same diameter for main and precompression roller could prolong the dwell time.


4.5 Double force feeding system; blocked structure middle coverplate made by stainless steel, lower punch damping pin with ball spring plunger structure.


4.6 Wide-angle powder suction system, which could improve the efficiency. The outside diameter of joint 75mm.


4.7 Hairline surface treatment.
