Product Description

3. Main Function

3.1 PLC & touch screen control automatically, automatic tablet weight controlling system, auto batch rejection and auto batch sampling function.

3.2 Color touch screen 15", with the display of main average pressure, single punch pressure, alarm at fault, automatic stop and help menu. The on/off of tablet deduster and on/off and pulse of dust collector can be controlled by the touch screen (The tablet deduster and dust collector are optional). 
3.3 Three sets of servo motor transmission mechanism to adjust filling depth, pre-compression, main compression (tablet thickness) respectively; The control system is operated by touch screen, display the parameters of filling depth, pre-compression, main compression and tablet thickness.

3.11 Automatic Lubrication system. Lubrication flow rate and interval can be adjusted. Under lube alarm, lubrication pressure fault alarm and auto-stop protection. Lubricating point could cover the body and head of upper punch.



3.12 Modular design for electrical control system, easy to disassemble and maintenance.

4. Main Features
4.1 Four pillar rigid structure; separate tablet compression, adjustment and transmission room; hinge sealed, organic glass, concealed pipes and lines in tablet compression room.
4.2 Interchangeable turret, optional turret cart to install and remove turret quickly, convenient for off-line clean. Double lifting camber track, upward camber track made by copper alloy, others by nonmetal material.
4.3 Separate control system and operating system with main machine.
4.4 Forming by main compression and pre-compression, which could be adjusted continuously; same diameter for main and precompression roller could prolong the dwell time.


4.5 Double force feeding system; blocked structure middle coverplate made by stainless steel, lower punch damping pin with ball spring plunger structure.


4.6 Wide-angle powder suction system, which could improve the efficiency. The outside diameter of joint 75mm.
