Applications:
Food Industry: Whole milk powder, cocoa milk powder, milk substitute, egg white (yolk), etc. Armpit prion, Oats, chicken juice, instant tea, seasoning meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein, protein hydrolyzate, etc. Corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, pumpkin powder, etc.
Pharmaceutical products: Chinese traditional medicine extract (herb extract), medicine colloid, yeast, vitamins, antibiotics, amylase, lipase, etc. Plastics resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urea-formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, dense plastic (urea) formaldehyde resin, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc. Detergent: Advanced washing powder, normal washing powder, soap powder, soda powder, emulsifiers, brighteners, phosphoric acid agents. Chemical Industry: Sodium fluoride (potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dye intermediates, Mn3O4, formic silica acid, catalyst, sulfuric acid agent, amino acids, silica, etc...Ceramic: Aluminum oxide, ceramic tile material, magnesium oxide, talc, etc.
Introduction:
LPG Series High-Speed Centrifugal Spray Dryer /Drier /Dry /Drying Machine : it have Air filtering system and heating system-air should pass through the Pre&post filter first, and then enter the heater for heating. To ensure the drying medium enter into the drying chamber with high purity, the heated air should go through the high temperature high efficiency filter (HEPA-Optional) . For the heating method of Spray Dryer, there are electrical heater or steam radiator, gas furnace. Which method to choose depends on the customer site conditions.
Atomizing system of Spray Dryer-the atomizing system consists of high speed centrifugal atomizer with inverter and so on. The powder from the high speed centrifugal atomizer is between 40-120 microns.
Drying tower system- The drying chamber consists of the spiral shell, hot air distributor, main tower and relevant fittings. Drying tower: The inner wall is SUS mirror sheet, ad welded by the arc welding. The insulation layer is rock wool .
Product collecting system and Air exhausting -For the material collecting system, there are several types. Such as cyclone, cyclone + bag filter, cyclone+ bag filter +water scrubber and so on. The method is depending on the material property itself. For the filtering system for the outlet air, we have filter on request.
Control system-HMI+PLC, each parameter can be displayed on the touch screen. Every parameter can be controlled and recorded easily.
FEATURES
The drying speed is very quick. When raw material is atomized, the surface area increases greatly. 65~98% of moisture can be vaporized in hot air stream momentary. The dry time to be used is only 5~15 seconds. Especially, it is suitable for drying thermal sensitive raw materials.
The size of finished product is uniform and the flow and solubility are good. The purity and quality of product are good too.
The operation is stable and simple. The regulation and control is very convenient. It is easy to realize automatic operation.
The operation process is simplified and the operation environment is superior and can avoid powder dust during the period of operation.

Chemical industry: Sodium (potassium) fluoride, alkali dyestuff and pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, catalyst, amino acid, white black and so on.
Plastic resin: ABS emulsion liquid, urea formaldehyde resin, phenol formaldehyde resin, formaldehyde resin, PE, PVC and so on.
Foodstuff industry:
Egg and milk products: Rich lipoprotein powdered milk, cocoa powdered milk, baby meal, egg white, vitalize and so on, food and juice of plant, oat, chicken juice, coffee, crystalline tea, condiment and flavor, protein bean, earthnut protein, protein, hydrolysis and so on.
Sugar: Maize paste, maize starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium seriate and so on
