The granulated powder materials are put into the container (hopper car) at one time. The high-speed hot air flow is used to make  the  material  suspend  in  fluidization  state,  and the circulation  flow  is  used  to  achieve  uniform  mixing.  The high-pressure spray gun is used to spray the foggy binder in time, so that the powder are condensed and dried into porous particles by dry hot air. In order to achieve the best granulation effect, the binder should be selected by the user according to the material properties and process requirements.
