Product Description

Automatic Stick Tea Bag Packing Machine For 2-3grams Tea like green tea, black tea and so on.  
The machine can make holes on the film, weight tea, fill, make stick , seal and fill the stick into another bigger bag(it can be stick or 4-side sealing sachet) and seal, cut off and print date and batch number automatically.






Main Feature:
1.  Use the servo motor and drive; PLC control system to be used in machine. It is easy to
operate to users.  
2.  To adopt photocell to test and follow the box, no sachet, no box, save the package
material maximum.  
3.  Be adjustable for package size(different size),to be convenient to change the sizes in
actual production and only change new bag former if width is different.  
4.  The machine has safe system. The sachets can not be filled into big stick, the machine
can stop automatically. It is safe to operator  
5.  Hole device can make holes automatically on the film and be able to fill small stick into
big stick automatically.  
6.  If some stick is empty, the machine line will have a sensor, the line can stop
automatically.  
7.  The machine is with nitrogen connector. It can work with nitrogen making machine
together. One nitrogen machine can work with two tea bag packing machine together.  
8.  The machine is also with vacuum system so that between envelope and stick is
vacuum.(Option)
